A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE STREET ADDRESS OF 101
GRANT STREET TO 200 RAILROAD STREET
WHEREAS: the homeowner, Jack Eggers has requested his street address of
101 Grant Street, be changed to 200 Railroad Street.
WHEREAS: the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has no objections to
approving this request for the street address change.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the'City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa
approve the request to change the street address of 101 Grant Street to 200 Railroad
Street, Tiffin, Iowa.
Council person John Wright made a motion for Resolution 2009-21 for approval to
Change THE STREET ADDRESS OF 101 GRANT STREET TO 200 RAILROAD
STREET, TIFFIN, IOWA, motion seconded by Council person Mark Petersen.
AYES: Chris Ball. Jim Bartels. Mike Gericke. Mark Petersen. John Wriaht
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
Whereupon, with Five Council members were --present and voted for approval, Mayor
Phillips declared the Resolution 2009-21 be adopted and signified his: approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 24TH DAY OF JUNE 2009.
