'A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE. THE STREET ADDRESS OF 101
GRANT STREET TO 200 RAILROAD STREET

WHEREAS: the homeowner, Jack Eggers has requested his street address of
101' Grant Street, be changed to 200 Railroad Street.
WHEREAS: the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has no objections to
approving this request for the street address "change. ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa
approve the request*to change the street address of 101 Grant Street to 200 Railroad
Street, Tiffin, Iowa.
Council person John _Wright made a motion for. Resolution 2009-21 for approval to

STREET, TIFFIN, IOWA, motion seconded by Council person Mark Petersen.

Whereupon, with Five Council members were present and voted for approval; Mayor
Phillips-declared the Resolution 2009-21,be adopted and signified his approval of the
