A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT TO BELL ATLANTIC FOR RELOCATION
OF AERIAL UTILITIES FOR SYCOLIN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, plans for construction and improvements to Sycolin Road have been prepared and
reviewed by the town; and
WHEREAS, construction necessitates the relocation of telephone and electric easements currently
encumbering property owned by the town; and
WHEREAS, Bell Atlantic - Virginia, Inc. has requested a 15' wide easement for purposes of
installing and relocating existing telephone lines.

THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said easements and agreements, in
to facilitate construction of the Sycolin Road
