A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DENYING A
VARIANCE AND CONFIRMING RESOLUTION
NO. 69 -344PC OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the Variance hereinafter denied, was denied by the Planning
Commission and that this City Council has heretofore held a
public hearing upon the appeal thereof.
SECTION 2. The City Council finds and determines that
the findings of the Planning Commission as set forth in
Section 1 (c) of said Resolution No. 69 -344PC are true and
correct.
SECTION 3. Said Variance to create two lots with reduced
lot area and average lot width for each parcel on property
located at 9240 E. Longden Avenue in said City, more speci-
fically described as:
Lot 1, Parcel 1,.Block "L ", Santa Anita
Land Co.'s Tract, Book 6, Page 137 of
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder,
County of Los Angeles, State of California;
is hereby denied and Resolution No. 69 -344PC confirmed in
all respects.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
