A RESOLUTION:

WAIVING FEES FOR THE LOUDOUN VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL AFTER
PROM BREAKFAST
WHEREAS, the Loudoun Valley High School After Prom Breakfast will be held on May 16,
1998, at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, the event is scheduled after normal operating hours and requires fees to be paid to
cover staff costs of $560, rental charges of $1,500, and rental equipment charges of $105; and
WHEREAS, the Loudoun Valley High School Parent Support Group has requested a waiver of
all rental charges in the amount of $1,605.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Town Council hereby waives all rental costs in the amount of $1,605 for the
Loudoun Valley High School After Prom Breakfast.
SECTION II. The total of $1,605 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated fund balance
to the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center revenue account for rentals (Account # 200.1613.620.030).
SECTION III. The Loudoun Valley High School Parent Support Group is required to pay $560
in staff costs required for the event.
