ADOPTED April 14, 1998
A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING A STREET CLOSING FOR THE LOUDOUN
MUSEUM'S GARDEN TOUR
WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum will be hosting a Garden Tour in downtown Leesburg
on June 6 and 7, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the event requires the closing of Cornwall Street from Liberty Street to
Memorial Drive between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on June 6, and between the hours
of 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on June 7, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council Administration and Public Works Committee
recommended the respective street closing.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The town manager is hereby authorized to close Cornwall Street from Liberty Street to
Memorial Drive between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on June 6, and between the hours
of 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on June 7, 1998.
