RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE HEARING AND LETTING OF THE
2009 IRELAND AVE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin will set the date for the Hearing and Letting of the
2009 Ireland Ave Water and Sanitary Sewer Extension Project in and for the City of
Tiffin.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
The date for the Hearing and Letting of the aforementioned project is set for
August 12, 2009. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be
received by the City Clerk at the City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, until 3:00 P.M. on August 12,
2009. The Public Hearing to, be held at 6:30pm at regular City Council meeting.
Council person Mark Petersen introduced Resolution 2009-23 and made 'motion for
approval. Council person John Wright seconded the motion.
AYE: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen, John Wright
NAY: None
ABSENT: Mike Gericke
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8th DAY OF July, 2009
Whereupon, with Four Council members were present and voted for approval, Mayor
Phillips declared the Resolution 2009-23 be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
