Minutes of previo.s meeting read and approved as read.
Ordinance Number 37 introduced by Trustee Geelan and read at
length, Motion by Trustee Geelan and seconded by Hoff that rules requiring
the reading at 3 different meeting of the Board,be suspended. An AYF and NAY
vote was taken with the following; results.

Motion by Geelan and seconded by Hoff that Ordinance No 37 be
adopted and approved at this meeting. An aye and nay vote was taken gith
the results as follows,
Trustee Lang Voted Aye
Trustee Geelan Voted Aye
Trustee Hoff Voted Aye
Trustee Williams Voted Not present
Trustee McFall Voted Aye
Motion by Geelan and seconded by Hoff that Chairman and Clerk
advertize for bids on laying sidewalk in local distric No 1. ktion carried.
Motion by Hoff and Seconded by Geelan that the Chairman and Clerk
notify all property owners in district No 1 that they be given 30 days to
build sidewalks on street and move buildings back off the street and to
comply with Ordinance No 37. Motion carried.
Motion by Hoff and Seconded by Geelan that resolution, providing
for this conning year approperation be passed and approved and published.
