RELEASE OF EASEMENT
Instrument #22295
WHEREAS, A. H. MEYERS and BERTHA MEYERS, husband and wife, as Grantors, and
THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, its agents, employees,
contractors and assigns, as Grantee, having entered into that certain Easement dated October 20,
1936, recorded in the office of the Valley County Recorder, State of Idaho, as Instrument No. 22295,
wherein Grantor granted unto Grantee an easement for constructing and maintaining a main sewer
pipe line over and across the hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, Grantee has been requested to extinguish the easement and release the same of
record; and
WHEREAS, the McCall City Council having vacated the easement on
490IC, , hereby fully and completely extinguishes, discharges and releases the easement and the
access granted to it under Instrument No. 22295 as to the following real property, to -wit:
A strip of land ten feet wide, being five feet on each side of the center line of
the survey across Lot one (1), lot two (2), in block five (5) of McCall's First
Addition to the town of McCall, Idaho, as shown by the official plat thereof,
now on file and of record in the office of the recorder of Valley County,
Idaho.

This Release of Easement is exclusive to the above referenced Easement recorded as
Instrument No. 22295 and the provisions of that agreement only and does not affect any easements
or rights -of -way otherwise granted to or held by the City of McCall with regard to the above
described real property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of McCall causes this Release of Easement to be
executed this ZZ day of cilubl , 2016.
