AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.54.040, OF CHAPTER 17.54, TITLE 17,
OF THE MOAB MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE REGARDING WIDTH REQUIREMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the advice of the Moab City Planning Commission
deems that it is necessary to amend the Moab Municipal Code with respect to Width
Requirements in the RA-1 Zone.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
17.54.040 Width requirements . The minimum width requirements for any building site
shall be two one hundred twenty-five linear feet, measured at a distance of twenty-five feet back
from the front lot line, except when a building site is situated in an approved large scale
development.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Moab in open
session this 13th day of Apri1,1999. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
