A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, town departments have submitted equipment and vehicles as surplus for disposal; and
WHEREAS, town surplus property must be disposed of in accordance with procurement policies.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
