INITIATING AND REFERRING AN APPLICATION BY THE
COUNCIL TO REZONE #ZM-156, CERTAIN ROYAL STREET
PROPERTIES, C/O KAREN COOPER FROM R-HD TO B-I, TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
An application by the Leesburg Town Council to rezone certain properties fronting on the
north side of Royal Street from R-HD to B-1 is referred to the Planning Commission for public
hearing and recommendation under Chapter 22, Title 15.2 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as
amended·
