RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1994 the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret ..
approved a contract to Marbell, Inc. in the amount of $609,000.00 for the Bergen
Street Pump Station; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is necessary i'or the completion; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has further certified that said modification was
unanticipated at the time the original contract was awarded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $21,000.00 is hereby
added to the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approved upon certification of all costs.
Adopted this 1st day of June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 2, 1995.
