PRESENTED July 1, 1998
ADOPTED July 1, 1998
APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBERS AND MAKING CHAIRPERSON
DESIGNATIONS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE,
ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, FINANCE
COMMITTEE, PERSONNEL COMMITTEE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
COMMITTEE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The following councilmembers are appointed to the Planning and Zoning
Committee for terms beginning July 1, 1998, and expiring on June 30, 2000:
Leonard McDonald
Kristen C. Umstattd
B. J. Webb
SECTION II. Kristen C. Umstattd is appointed chairperson to the Planning and Zoning
Committee.
SECTION III. The following councilmembers are appointed to the Administration and
Public Works Committee for terms beginning July 1, 1998, and expiring on June 30, 2000:
J. Frank Buttery, Jr.
Joseph R. Trocino
Robert Zoldos
SECTION IV. Joseph R. Trocino is appointed chairperson to the Administration and
Public Works Committee.
SECTION V. The following councilmembers are appointed to the Finance Committee for
terms beginning July 1, 1998, and expiring on June 30, 2000:
J. Frank Buttery, Jr.
James E. Clem
B. J. Webb

SECTION VII. The following councilmembers are appointed to the Personnel Committee
for terms beginning July 1, 1998, and expiring on June 30, 2000:

SECTION VIII. B. J. Webb is appointed chairperson to the Personnel Committee.
SECTION IX. The following councilmembers are appointed to the Public Safety
Committee for terms beginning July 1, 1998, and expiring on June 30, 2000:

James E. Clem
Robert Zoldos
SECTION X. J. Frank Buttery, Jr. is appointed chairperson to the Public Safety
Committee.
