A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED July 1, 1998
ADOPTED July 1, 1998
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE BALCH LIBRARY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of office for Balch Library Commission members George F.
Atwell, James P. Lucier and John W. Tolbert, Jr. expired on June 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, George F. Atwell tendered his resignation effective June 30, 1998.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. James P. Lucier and John W. Tolbert, Jr. are appointed to the Balch Library
Commission for two year terms to expire on June 30, 2000.
PASSED this 1st day of July, 1998.
