I~II~L~S, it is necessary for the Borough to execute the CPi Forms from the
New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for the sewer connection
at Colunbus, Minue and Lincoln Schools;
NOW, I'HI~iI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
the aforementioned forms.
Adopted this 1st day of June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 2, 1995.
