RESOLUTION NO. 98-167
ADOPTED July 28, 1998
A RESOLUTION:
APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
WATERLINE EASEMENT WITHIN POTOMAC STATION,
SECTION 6EFG
WHEREAS, Richard Lanham of KSI Services, Inc. has requested that the Town
vacate a portion of a waterline easement within Potomac Station, Section 6EFG; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the easement to be vacated is no longer needed due to
the looping of the watermain in an alternate location.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That portion of the waterline easement labeled as "Ex. 15' TOL
Waterline Esm't D.B. 1547, Pg. 1663 (Hereby Vacated)" as shown on the plat of vacation
titled "Town of Leesburg Existing Waterline Easement on Potomac Station - Future
Section 6EFG Lots 682 & 683 and Potomac Station - Section 6A Parcel 6A2" dated May
19, 1998, and prepared by ATCS, P.L.C. is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated plat of vacation as referenced above.
