A RESOLUTION:
AWARDING A CONTRACT TO COMMUNITY POOLS FOR THE
REPLACEMENT OF THE POOL WHITE COAT AT THE IDA LEE
PARK RECREATION CENTER
WHEREAS, the current pool white coat at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center is eight
years old and is scheduled for replacement; and
WHEREAS, the FY 99 budget includes funds for the replacement of the pool white coat;
and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were solicited and evaluated in conformance with the town's
procurement requirements for the replacement of the pool white coat; and
WHEREAS, Community Pools submitted a bid of $20,751; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that Community Pools is the most responsive and most
responsible bidder; and
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows.
The town manager is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Town of
Leesburg, a lump sum contract with Community Pools in the mount of $20,751.
