Minutes of the special meeting of June 12, 1967 at 7:30 P. M. Meeting called
by Rayburn Anderson and Wayne Neddermeyer. All members were contac#ed. Wayne
Neddermeyer, Ray Bosch, Rayburn Anderson were present, also Engineer William Mills.
The special meeting was called for considering blacktopping Village 87 from
Orono line, 1800 feet to the North, 24 feet wide, 2-inch mat; bids to be opened
Wednesday, July 5th at 8:00 P. M. Central Daylight Savings time.
Motion by Rayburn. Anderson to have Pillage Engineer draw specifications for
this work, for bidding, and the Clerk authorized to advertise same.
Seconded by Ray Bosch
Motion carried.
Moved by Ray Bosch to adjourn.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:50 P. M.

The Board of Review of the Village of Medina met Tuesday evening, June 20, 1967
at 6:00 P. M.
Willis gohnen, Village Assessor, Roy Johnson from the County
Assessor's Office and all members of the Council present.
No one appeared to question the amount of their taxes.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25 P. M.

The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session Tuesday evening,
June 20, 1967 at 7:25 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair

All members present.
Anne Dorweiler appeared and went over some matters gnd terms on which there had
been difference of opinion between Council and Planning Commission.
David Gates appeared with regard to Medina Creekside Addition. Moved by Harold
Winterhalter that final approval be granted upon presentation of the final hard
shell print and upon receipt of the Park fund in the gmount of $750.00 and upog
payment of the platting fee of $150.00 and that no more than four four-mnit
multiple dwellings be allowed on the en*ire plat until such time as sanitary
sewer is in.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Discussion about new planning commission members.
Moved by Arthur Theis that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
