AUTHORIZINO TASK ORDER
SERVICES AGREEMENT
#3 TO

THE CH2M HILL GENERAL
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 98-35 authorized a five-year General Services Agreement with CH2M
Hill for wastewater engineering services; and
WHEREAS, CH2M Hill recently completed Phase I (study phase) services for the Biological
Nutrient Removal (BNR) Upgrade project at the Water Pollution Control Facility; and
WHEREAS, CH2M Hill has proposed a lump-sum cost for Phase II of the BNR project, to include
preliminary and final design services in the amount of $398,000.00.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The town manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute Task Order #3, in the amount of
$398,000.00 for design of the Water Pollution Control Facility BNR Upgrade.
