A RESOLUTION:

AUTHORIZING A STREET RESURFACING PLAN FOR FY 99
WHEREAS, the FY 99 budget appropriated $405,000.00 for street repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works has recommended specific
streets to be resurfaced in a memorandum dated July 31, 1998.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The street resurfacing program outlined in a memorandum to the Council dated July 31,
1998 in the priority listed, is approved.
PASSED this 11th day of August, 1998.
