RESOLUTION NO. 98-187 ADOPTED September 8, 1998
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
WATERLINE EASEMENT WITHIN STRATFORD PHASE B
WHEREAS, Stratford Associates, L.C. have requested that the Town vacate a
portion of a waterline easement within Stratford Phase B; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the easement to be vacated is no longer needed due to
the realignment of the waterline.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That the portion of the waterline easement labeled as "Ex. w/1 esmt.
to be vacated db 1557, pg 1769" as shown on the plat of dedication and vacation titled
"Plat Showing Dedication and Vacation of Waterline Easement Property of Stratford
Associates, L.C." dated June 15, 1998, and prepared by Bowers & Associates, P.C. is
hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated plat as referenced above.
