APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN GREENWAY
FARM, SECTION 10
WHEREAS, Trafalgar House Property, Inc. has requested that the Town vacate a
portion of a sanitary sewer easement within Greenway Farm, Section 10; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the easement to be vacated is no longer needed due to
the realignment of the sanitary sewer in the neighboring Woodlea Manor subdivision.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That the portion of the sanitary sewer easement labeled as "Ex. 25'
San Sew Esm't Hereby Vacated DB 1357 PG 1846" as shown on the plat of vacation
titled "Plat Showing Vacation of Sanitary Sewer Easement on the Lands of Winchester
Homes, Inc. & Trafalgar House Property, Inc." dated May 29, 1998, and prepared by
Huntley, Nyce & Associates, Ltd. is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated plat as referenced above.
