APPROVING THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF A STORM DRAINAGE
AND STORM SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN TAVISTOCK FARMS,
SECTIONS THIRTEEN, TWELVE AND NINETEEN
WHEREAS, Donald Miller of Arcadia Building Co. has requested that the Town vacate portions
of a storm drainage and storm sewer easement within Tavistock Farms, Section 13, 12 and 19; and
WHEREAS, the portions of the easements to be vacated are no longer needed due to changes in
the layout of the storm drainage system and the regrading of the storm water management pond.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. That the portions of the storm drainage easements labeled as "EX. Stm. Sewer
Esm't DB. 1095, Pg 1644, Hereby Vacated" and "Portion of Ex. Stm. Drain Esm't, DB. 1095, PG. 1617,
Hereby Vacated" as shown on the plat of vacation titled "Plat Showing Dedication and Vacation Storm
Drainage Easement on Parcel A, Section Thirteen, Tavistock Farms, Deed Book 1095, Page 1613, Parcel
Al, Section Twelve, Tavistock Farms, Deed Book, 1095, Page 1617, and Lots 219, 220, and 229A,
Section Nineteen, Tavistock Farms, Deed Book 1095, Page 1644, Town of Leesburg" dated January 21,
1998, and prepared by Bengtson, DeBell & Elkin, LTD. is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be
vacation as referenced above.
