A RESOLUTION: 98-192 ENDORSING A CONCEPT LOUDOUN MUSEUM PRESENTED September 8, 1998 ADOPTED September 8, 1998 PLAN FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum desires to expand the physical structure currently occupied by the museum; and WHEREAS, the buildings are owned by the town; and WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum requests endorsement of the Town Council to develop a conceptual expansion plan; and WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum would be responsible for all costs of the conceptual plan. THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: SECTION I. The Town Council endorses the Loudoun Museum's request to develop a conceptual expansion plan. SECTION 1I. The Loudoun Museum shall be responsible for all costs associated with the concept plan and any furore plans. SECTION 1II. The Loudoun Museum shall obtain approval from the Town Council for the concept plan before proceeding with any final plans for expansion of the facility. PASSED this 8th day of September, 1998.
