RESOLUI'iOH 'ID GO JLN'IO CLOSED SESSION
WliEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act.~ Chapter 231
P.L. 1975, pemnits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain
circt, ns tances; and
~}EREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances
presently exist;
NOW, RIlE~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as
follows:
1. 'ihe public shall be excluded from attending, discussing or
participating in the hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. 'lhe general nature of the subject ,rotter to be discussed is as
fol lows:
Personnel matters, negotiations concerning sale of
property and potential litigation.
3. It is anticipated at this time that the above stated subject
matter will be made public
upon the conclusion of the matters.
4. 'Ibis resolution shall take effect i,n~edlately.
