ORDINANCE 99-17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MOAB MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.24.020
REGARDING THE SEWER RATE SCHEDULE.
Whereas, it has become standard procedure to adopt City Rate Schedules by resolution; and
Whereas, the Sewer Rate Schedule has been adopted by ordinance and is contained in Section
13.24.020 of the Moab Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO HEREBY
AMEND THE MOAB MUNICIPAL CODE, SECTION 13.24.020 AS FOLLOWS:
13.24.020 Sewer Rate Schedule
The Sewer Rate Schedule shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT ON NOVEMBER 1, 1999.
Passed and approved by a majority vote of the Governing Body of the City of Moab in open
session this 7th day of September, 1999.
