The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session as a Board of
Review on Thursday, June 13, 1968 at 7:00 P. Y.
'.Jayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - Clerk
Wkyne Neddermeyer, Harold Winterhalter and Rayburn Anderson
present together with Willis Kohnen, Assessor, and Roy
Johnson from the County Assessor's office.
Henry H. Ruter appeared with regard to his taxes. The County Assessor will
send him papers to execute, which will take care of the matter.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion_ carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:10 P. M.

Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the policing of the Patk will terminate
as of June 15th as per our contract and stay expired until we approve
a contract.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
Clerk to send registered letter.
Nith regard to Orlo Lisinger's vacation, it is the feeling of the present
Council that he should take this years vacation and next year a four
weeks leave of absence would be permitted.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that tLe meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson.
Motion carried.
