APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A SIGHT
DISTANCE EASEMENT WITHIN EXETER SUBDIVISION, SECTION
9 - LOT 784
WHEREAS, Mr. Joel M. Hannah has requested that the town vacate a portion of a sight
distance within Exeter Subdivision, Section 9 - Lot 784; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the easement to be vacated is no longer needed to meet current
town sight distance easement standards.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. That the portion of the existing sight distance easement labeled as vacation of
a portion of existing sight distance easement Deed Book 1246, Page 343 as shown on the plat of
vacation titled through the property of Joel M. Hannah, Jr., 110 Thistle Way, NE on lands of Exeter
Subdivision, Section 9 - Lot 784 and prepared by Dewberry and Davis is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the associated plat
of vacation as referenced above.
