RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER -
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret approved a
contract to C Wade, Inc., in the amount of $452,005 for sewer improvement to
Leber Avenue area; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has further certified that said modifications were
unanticipated the time the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $107,808.00 is hereby
added to the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approved.
Adopted this 15th day of June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16, 1995.
