AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND INCORPORATING
CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Annexation
Upon a petition and consent to annexation by the owner, the
following described land, meeting one or more of the conditions for
annexation prescribed in K.S.A. 12-520, is hereby annexed and
incorporated within the corporate limits of the City of Bel Aire,
Kansas, to-wit:
A tract of land with boundaries beginning at the Northwest
corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 26
South, Range 2 East of the 6th P.M.; thence South 827.46 feet;
thence East 526.31 feet; thence North 827.46 feet; thence West
526.31 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
