RESOLUTION NO. 98-250 ADOPTED November 10, 1998
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE VACATION OF SEGMENTS OF VARIOUS
WATERLINE EASEMENTS WITHIN THE LEESBURG CORNER
PREMIUM OUTLETS
WHEREAS, Chelsea G.C.A. Realty Partnership, L.P. has requested that the Town vacate
segments of various waterline easements within the Leesburg Comer Premium Outlets; and
WHEREAS, the segments to be vacated are no longer needed due to the relocation of
various hydrants and water service connections.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. That segments of the waterline easements labeled as, "Ex. 10' Waterline
Easement DB 1560, PG 1228 Hereby Vacated" as shown on the easement plat titled "Plat
Showing Vacation of Waterline Easement and Dedication of Waterline, Storm Drainage and
Sanitary Sewer Easements on the Property of Chelsea G.C.A. Realty Partnership, L.P." dated
July 15, 1998, and prepared by William H. Gordon Associates, Inc. is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the associated
easement plat as referenced above.
