A RESOLUTION: PRESENTED November 10, 1998 98-251 ADOPTED November 10, 1998 AMENDING POSITIONS AND NUMBERS OF EMPLOYEES IN THE TOWN'S SERVICE WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council reviewed the security of the Town Government Center; and WHEREAS, in order to maintain consistently high level of service; and WHEREAS, the authorized number of positions in the town's service must be reviewed by the Town Manager periodically to be consistent with the proposed FY 99 budget; and WHEREAS, in order to maintain a consistently high level of service the number of positions should be revised. THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: SECTION I.
