A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TEA-21
ENHANCEMENT GRANT PROJECTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public heating to consider TEA-21 Enhancement Grant applications for (1)
Ball's Bluff Civil War Site expansion; (2) Ida Lee Park Trail (Phase II and III); (3) Chancellor
Street Trail (joint application with the County of Loudoun); and (4) underground utilities in the
downtown is hereby authorized. Notification shall be published in the Leesburg Today on
November 25 and December 2, 1998, for a public hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 1998, at
7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
