APPROVING PAYMENTS- JOHN WANSKUS
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1995, the Borough of Carteret awarded a professional
service contract to John Wanskus, P.A. to perform architectural services; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #95-138 provides for a maximum payment not to exceed
seven percent (7%) of the construction cost; and
WHEREAS, John Wanskus has performed the services under said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret hereby
approves payment for services rendered in the amount of $40,000.00.
Adopted this 15th day June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16, 1995.
