A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED November 10, 1998

AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, Reverend Canty of the Christ Chapel Church is requesting the use of
the Council Chambers on Sunday, November 15, 1998, from 4:00 p.m., to 6:00 p.m., to
conduct a special service; and
WHEREAS, a fee of $15.00 per hours will be charged.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. Permission to use the Council Chambers on Sunday, November 15,
1998, from 4:00 p.m., to 6:00 p.m., by Reverend Canty of the Christ Chapel Church is
hereby granted.
SECTION II. A fee of $30.00 will be collected from the Christ Chapel Church
for the use of the Council Chambers.
