PERMANENT EASEMENTS - BEVERLY STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the improvements on Beverly Street, certain permanent
easements were needed; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has secured certified appraisals;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED that the Mayor and Council hereby
approves the following payment for the corresponding easements:
Block 9.02 Lot 15.01 $ 250.00
Block 9.02 Lot 15.02 1,875.00
Block 9.02 Lot 15.04 1,125.00
Block 113 Lot 6 1,250.00
Block 113 Lot 7 1,425.00
Block 114 Lot 1 4,625.00
Block 115 Lot I 3,500.00
Block 116 Lot. 7 200.00
It is further ordered that the Treasurer shall issue payment upon receipt of an
executed easement
Adopted this 15th day of June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16, 1995.
