RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AT LEESBURG CORNER PREMIUM OUTLETS
EARLY GRADING PLAN
WHEREAS, Chelsea GCA Realty Partnership, L.C., the developer of Leesburg Comer
Premium Outlets Early Grading Plan has completed the improvements in accordance with
approved plans and town standards, and these have been inspected and approved.
WHEREAS, there are no public improvements for the town to accept in this section since
the public improvements are included on the final development plan.
THEREFORE,
follows:
SECTION I. The
of $160,730.00 is released.
PASSED this 8th day of December, 1998.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
corporate surety bond from ULICO Casualty Company in the amount
