Mrs. Wheeler stated that she had extra people at her house and that's why there was so much pumping. They will be upgrading this spring. NI will give a list of engineers. ]R-start permit process by April, ]H second. 4 yes. 7:10 Silsupa Kelly-food permit. SK handed out some information for her file. RE questioned parts of the application that were not filled out. John McMullen, owner of property said inspection report was mailed today and it passed. SK stated that there will be waitress service at the tables. JH thought that this should fall under the 35 GPD requirement. The Board told SK that she would have to use paper products only and have no waitress service. RE-Accept application for new food establishment as long as recommendations made by the Assistant are met, she uses paper products only, and application is completed. DB second. 5 yes. 7:20 Bennett & O'Reilly-199 Hamilton Cartway Matt Farrell representing client. Revised plan was submitted with pressure distribution system design. Vent and pump chamber was added. Variances changed a bit, they are now asking fora 20% reduction in the SAS and asking fora 20ft variance to the wetland. JH voiced her concerns about the bunk house. RE-Accept variances as requested, follow up with CC before permit is issued. ESA regulations will apply and a deed restriction will be required. ]R seconded. 4 yes. JH no. 7:30 Michelle Barricello-request to keep oil tank- Sean Fields, agent for buyer. Sally Tucker, realtor who has listing. ST explained situation. Buyer will look into all oil companies to see if anyone has records and then will replace if necessary. RE second. 5 yes. 1. Minutes from 12/6/05 joint meeting with Conservation Commission ]H-Accept minutes as written. RE seconded. 5 yes. 2. Discuss memo from ]illian Douglass re: Town Reports EW will do report for Board of Health. 3. Discuss Captain's Course addition Noted. Bills to be paid: Motion: ]H-pay bills. DB second. 5 yes. 1. Letter from DEP: re: Inspection & Sampling in Title 5 I/A single family homes with remedial use 3. Memo from Marilyn Lopes re: 2005 Hazardous Product Collection & mercury Collection data and 2006 tentative HHP collection dates. Add on's NI spoke about 101 Spruce Run Drive-want to finish off the rest of the basement. Motion: ]H-upon review of their upgraded plans a septic system inspection will be required before a waiver will be issued. RE second. 5 yes. NI handed out a copy of the Board of Health Conservation Commission policy. NI spoke about the GIS maps that are available. She asked what maps the Board wanted. (NI has list) NI handed out email from County Lab re: well results. Total nitrogen, time frame, locations, as far back as they can go.
