AMENDING RESOLUTION #95-176 RE-APPOINTMENT
OF WELFARE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #95-176 Hadiyah Muhammad was re-
appointed to the position of Welfare Director; and
WHEREAS, said appointment became effective June 21, 1995, but the correct date
of her appointment is June 25, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said resolution is hereby amended
to reflect an effective date of June 25, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for record purposes, the New Jersey
Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development shall record the
date of July 9, 1995 as the re-appointment date.
Adopted this 15th day of June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16, 1995.
