Present: Ed Wanamaker, Chairman, Raquel Ellis, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Joanne Hughes, Dan Brightman,
Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director, Charles Sumner, Town Administrator and James Ehrhart, Police Chief, Emergency
Management Director and Public Information Officer.
7:00-Elisabeth Haskell, County Contract Nurse and Marina Brock of the Barnstable County Health and Environmental
Department did a presentation on the status of Brewster's Emergency Dispensing Sites (EDS) and the Infectious Disease
Emergency Plan (IDEP).
It was requested to review the most recent draft of the IDEP and send additions, corrections or suggestions to the Health
Director.
A communication flow chart needs to be completed and inserted in the IDEP.
Media Listings on page 36-39 of the IDEP could use some deletions.
It was also suggested to have the Local Emergency Planning Committee meet as a BOH subcommittee to work on these
issues.
Both Elisabeth and Marina will continue to assist Brewster through this process.
Meeting ended at 8:30.
