Motion-JR-add any and all DEP approved sites to license. RE seconded. 5 yes. 1. Minutes from 11/1/05 meeting JH-accept as written, DB seconded. 5 yes. 2. Minutes from 11/22/05 meeting RE-accept as written, JR seconded. 5 yes. 3. Minutes from 12/6/05 meeting RE-accept as written, DB seconded. 5 yes. 4. Discuss P-Town regulation re: dollar value of construction for upgrade requirement JH asked that this be included in tonight's meeting. Noted. BOH 1/17/06 Minutes Page 2 8. Discuss bedroom definition Sarah Turano Flores was present to answer questions and to try and clarify some issues with the definition. STF thought Littleton's regulation was good. Room size should be changed to 400 SF. STF will try and revise it and get a copy to the Board for their review. 9. Discuss Tobacco Regulations NI told Board about Bob Collett discussing these issues with all the towns. Nothing had been decided at last meeting so that's why it's here now. Eliminate warnings under section 9 #1. Under 96 take out "knowingly", 9C #1 change fine amounts. Fix typo under #10. Age should be changed to (under 8C) "Under 27", "Posting can be eliminated. Section 5 can be eliminated. JH-amend regulations with changes. RE second. 5 yes. 10. Discuss IDEP, Handwashing Program in schools and go-kits NI spoke about reforming the emergency planning committee. She asked about a BOH member to work with the EPC. She will let the Board know and if someone can attend it would be great. Handwashing- NI contacted Lisa Crowner about doing an education program for the elementary schools with regards to handwashing. NI emailed Gradone to see if a program was possible. RE-find out about the sanitizer that is in the middle school classrooms, see where they got the funding to maybe put them in the elementary school. Go-kits-(protocol) will be an agenda item at the next EPC meeting. 11. Discuss mid year review for Health Director Objective # 1-in process of sending info and letter to other BOH on the Cape. Objective # 2-NI spoke with lab director, he will be working on this and getting the info to the Board. (total nitrogen, location, date sampled, all studies, email spreadsheet (?), other sources of nitrogen, any things that go back before 2001. Objective #3- NI showed census map with population on it to the Board. Water Dept is in the process of adding their info to the USGS map. EW will do review and drop off to NI. ~.~ 1~,~- 15. Discuss leachino facility setback and Real Estate Transfer Regulation Board discussed this issue. JH-Take out "or must come before the Board for review", send to TC for review, JR seconded. 4 yes. 16. Signatures on monitoring of I/A on-site sewage treatment systems Board signed.
