Complaint- Julia & Diana Delano were present. JD-no one is living in the trailer. Some items are still in need
of going to the dump, they are working on it presently. SM will need to do another inspection of the property.
7:40 VNA- discuss proposal for Nursing Services for FY07
EW-asked about Adult Health Services, FC stated that she does blood pressure clinics, etc. and also home
visits, which included case mgmt and doctor follow ups. People have been paying the $5.00 with no problems.
She does (if she can) try to get them back into the healthcare system( Medicare). MD stated that they had
reduced the number of MCH visits. The only children they see are the high risk children. Joanne Dunnock
spoke about her concerns with the budget. More volunteers would be cost efficient.
Motion: JH-accept budget as proposed, DB seconded. 5 yes.
NI spoke about the number of cases of Lyme, Babesiosis and Ehrlichiosis in Brewster for the year 2005.
8:00 Bob Perry-variance request for 181 Nelson Street
This is a voluntary upgrade. Need a 10 foot variance from leaching to foundation.
Motion: DB-grant the variance as requested. JR seconded. 5 yes.
8:10 Peter & Patricia Zoni-failure to upgrade-
Peter Zoni was present. Waiting for finances to be decided. RE-have system pumped. Let Board know by
April 1~ what time frame is. DB seconded. 5 yes.
8:20 Discuss Inspection report for 11 Great Oak Road
Want to keep tank 6.5 feet from foundation.
DB-grant variance, RE seconded. 5 yes.
8:50 Amy Higgins-massage therapist application
She has not been hired at a licensed establishment yet. The Board told her to come back when she has a
licensed establishment to work at.

JH-grant license. RE seconded. 5 yes.

Add On's
NI spoke to the Board about Eastham offering to come and discuss the Fuel Tank Regulations. The Board
decided that February 15th would be best at 3:OOPM. NI will set up.
NI brought up three Planning Board applications that they wanted comments on:
1. Brewster Ladies Library-Board had no comments
2. 2404 Main Street-noted
3. 125 Underpass Road-the new tenants that will be going in will overload the current system by
361/2 gallons per day. NI will let them know.
NI asked if anyone was interested in an article on school nutrition from the CCT.
