JH seconded. 3 yes. 7:00 Minutes from 2/21/06 meeting Motion: JH-accept minutes as written. JR seconded. 3 yes. 7:10 Aquarion Operating Services-annual report for Brewster Manor John Walsh, operator from AOS. JH questioned the age of the plant. JW said about 15 years old. Repairs were done to the system recently. State did an inspection this year because the permit does expire this year. 7:20 Coler & Colantonio-annual report for Ocean Edge Conference Center Peter Lewis, group manager for wastewater operations was present. Since they have taken over, all the problems have been fixed and it is running properly now. 7:30 Coastal Engineering-annual report for Eddy Elementary School Todd Palmatier representing Coastal. No serious maintenance issues, systems seems to be working properly. County does the sampling and they (Coastal) do not receive those copies on a regular basis. Spoke about why the denitrofication may not be working they way it should be. Since December they (coastal) have been adding (sodium bicarbonate) alkalinity to the system. Board asked NI to send another letter to GH requesting him to send the results to Coastal. 7:40 Northside Restaurant-new food service permit application Arthur Dubois, new owner of restaurant was present. ~~,e Boar.~„discussed. • ~ ~VW 90. Will be meeting again with CS, SM, DK, JE on the 21St Handed out the info on the incident command training from Elizabeth Haskill. Volunteer info. Tanning regulations for notebooks.
