Minutes from 3/7/05 meeting Motion: JH-accept minutes as written. JR seconded. 4 yes. 2. Discuss Planning Board application for 2342 Main Street RE excused herself from discussion due to conflict. JH questioned gpd amount. NI told her the system was large. The Board wanted NI to get the exact calculations. Tell planning board that they are not comfortable with application because of the calculations. 3. Discuss Planning Board application for Millstone Road Noted 4. Discuss nomination of Animal Inspector Motion: JR-nominate SM for Barn inspection part of duties only. DB seconded. 4 yes. 5. Discuss the continuity of Operations planning Discussion. 6. She is questioning the fact that the fire dept still permits single walled tanks. Motion: DB-add "No permit will be issued for single wall tanks". JR seconded. 4 yes 8. Discuss definition of a bedroom Still waiting for TC to give back a draft. 9. Discuss Leaching Facility setback regulation & Real Estate Transfer Regulation Still waiting for TC to give back a draft. BOH 3/21/06 Minutes Page 2 10. Discuss proposed Animal Waste Removal Regulation Discussion Motion:JH-add #1 suggestion and under violations & penalties change with suggestions. Remove "take an action relative thereto" JR seconded. DB amended to add private property to the regulation also. JR seconded. 4 yes. 11. Discuss Tobacco Regulation JH-can we add nursing home restrictions to the State's Regulation? Tell Town Counsel that the Board would accept the State law on tobacco but they want to include nursing homes restriction to it. 12. Discuss NIMS training & requirements on NI passed out answers to questions ~b test Documents to be signed: 1. February monthly report from the Assistant Health Director 7. Notice from the Water Dept. re: Sodium notification (Board asked that NI follow up on this) 8. Letter from Charles Sumner re: Animal Control Staffing (NI let Board know that the Selectmen and the Finance Committee approved the article) 9. Information form the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine 10. Minutes from the 1/9/06 Rabies Task Force Meeting 11. Planning document for press conference for the Rabies Task Force of Cape Cod 12. Memo from DPH re: Antiviral Medications & Stockpiling and Enhanced Surveillance for Avian Influenza 13.
