RE was Chairman in the absence of EW 7:00 Peter Zoni-120 Anawan Road-status of upgrade Peter Zoni was present. He stated that his finances are still not in order and may have to wait another month before upgrade can be done. He did have an additive with peroxide put in tank and it seems to have lowered the level quite a bit. JH-asked why PZ hadn't pumped his septic tank as he was told to at the last meeting he was at (Feb 7). RE said putting an additive with peroxide in was better than having it pumped. Motion: JH- Have him start the process of the County loan program, in one month do an inspection to check the degree of failure, JR seconded. 4 yes. 7:10 Heidi Howell-failure to renew annual barn permit Motion: DB-Send bill to HH including the late fee, if not paid in 2 weeks, process will be begin to have her animals removed. JR seconded. 4 yes. 7:20 Norma Jean Anderson-failure to renew annual food permit Motion: DB-Send bill to NJA including the late fee, if not paid in 2 weeks she must cease and desist her catering business. JR seconded. 4 yes. A recommendation was made to check with her before sending a bill to see if she is still operating the business. 7:40 William Frain-20 Winsome Court-variance request for oil tank Motion: JH-ok to grant variance as long as new owner's signature is on form. JR seconded. 4 yes. Tank will have to be upgraded in 4 years. 7:50 Curt Collias-new food establishment application for Breakwater Lobster & Fish Took Certified Food Manager class yesterday, will submit certification when he receives it. Motion: DB-Grant permit with SM recommendations. JR seconded. 4 yes. 8:00 Kyle Parker-new food establishment application for EI Guapo's Taqueria NI stated that everything is in order, and that there were three recommendations from SM. Discuss workshop on Carmody Database NI looking for help with questions. Board gave some suggestions and asked NI to find out about allowing system operators access to carmody data base. Letter from Wastewater Treatment Services re: Local Regulation to supplement Title 5 monitoring of I/A systems 2. Notice from DEP re: Failure to submit discharge monitoring report for Brewster Manor 3. Monthly report for Brewster Manor 4. Letter from DPH re: Laboratory Reporting and Revised list of reportable diseases 5. Approval letter for Adult Skin Cancer Prevention Mini-Grant Program 6. Letter from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine re: Baiting program 7. Sampling results for Brewster Landfill Add on's NI told the Board that the Selectmen had approved the Animal Control Officer position without an override and that Charlie Sumner was going to be advertising the position.
