RETAINING MCGUIRE, WOODS, BATTLE & BOOTHE
WHEREAS, the Council for the Town of Leesburg desires to conduct an internal
investigation of the use of the town's charge card and to review the town's policies and
procedures relating to the use of such charge card and the reimbursement of expenses.
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg that the
Town of Leesburg hereby retains the law firm of McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe,
L.L.P. to conduct an internal investigation of the use of town charge card and to review
the town's policies and procedures relating to the use of the town's charge card and the
reimbursement of expenses.
