COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 3, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of October 3, 2016, was convened at 5:46 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber,
Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: Costales
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Agenda Amendments:
Mayor Tergin stated that Police Officer Shawn Dumsday would be present tonight at her
invitation to be recognized for receiving an award from the Missouri Mothers Against
Drunk Driving, and asked that the Council would allow that item to be added to
Miscellaneous Agenda Items under subheading “d.” She also asked for Council
consideration of moving Resolution RS2016-21 up to Miscellaneous Agenda Items,
subheading “e,” recognition of the City’s 2016 Outstanding Employee of the Year.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
