1. Minutes from 6/6/06 meeting
2. Charles & Susan Becker-request for an extension of a COC
3. Health Director's annual performance appraisal
4. Discuss Objective #1-To request that all the supermarket chains on Cape Cod take all
Phosphorus containing products off the shelves
5. Discuss Objective #2-To study the nitrogen levels of wells in Brewster to establish a baseline
6. Discuss Objective #3-To identify the high density zone in Brewster
7. Discuss massage establishment design flow
Any other business that may come before this Board
