Present: Ed Wanamaker, Chairman, Raquel Ellis, Vice Chairman, Joanne Hughes, James Reynolds, Dan
Brightman and Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director.
7:00 Cynthia Stracuzzi & Peter Bonfilio-continued hearing on complaint at 40 Sean Circle
Motion: JH moved proceed with fine to our limits. RE seconded. JH added that a copy of the
letter should go to DSS. 5 yes.
7:10 Stephan Brown-continued hearing for new food establishment permit
Motion: RE move to continue. JR seconded. 5 yes.
7:20 Scott Riley-continued hearing for well variance application
Discussion. The Board agreed that the septic system needed to be upgraded.
Motion: RE moved that septic plans need to be submitted within 2 months. DB seconded. 5 yes.
)H: start fining in two months if work has not been started. DB seconded 5 yes.
DB: approve temporary variance for 4 inch well for 60 days. JH seconded. 5 yes
Shawn Harrington, well driller spoke and DB told him that he needs to have the actual permit in hand before
any work can be done.
7:30 Bayside Seafood Market-new food establishment application
Motion: RE moved to allow applicant to open and operate pending Nancy's recommendations, with 21
seats, every 2 weeks septic system needs to be checked for pumping by B&O and pumped as needed,
new plan by September for 1000 gpd to be installed before May 1, 2007. JR seconded. 5 yes.
7:40 Shelia Guttman-77 Woodstock Road-oil tank variance
Motion: JH moved to grant variance. RE seconded. 5 yes.

Motion: RE moved to send letter to owner stating that he has to apply for septic permit by August 1,
2006 meeting or be fined $200/day. JH seconded. 5 yes.

Motion: JH- okay based on septic review and septic inspection. RE seconded. 5 yes.
2. Discuss 120 Anawan Road-failure to upgrade
Motion: DB-invited owner into next meeting. RE seconded. 5 yes.
